The swivel bit is to loose it moves around as you vacuum but not where you want it to move.

Cleaning hard to get at areas a breeze

Have had a Hetty and Henry for over a decade. Wish I had this from the beginning with its changeable angle - makes easy work for High ceiling Queenslander and VJ walls, decorative wooden accents above doors, cupboard tops, stair railings overhead fans and the list goes on.. Love it and cleaning all those hard to get to spots .
