This hose works well, its a shame tho that it needed replacement as the machine is only about 2 years old. the machine works well, but the glue holding the fittings on the hose was flimsy and I wasn't able to fix it myself.

Henrys' new trunk

Our Henry is the most valued member of our family and is by far the hardest working. The locking ring connecting his trunk to his nose had split and the poor fella had trouble breathing properly, but hey, a new trunk and he is as happy as Larry keeping our home spick and span. His long trunk means he can sniff out dirt in all the awkward corners and we don't break our backs bending. Thank you so much for making our family whole again.

Henry winked when I read this to him and sent a kiss.
