Henry isn’t too bad, the power heads are fantastic and do a great job on rugs. The cord is nice and long and I love the manual winder. The hard floor attachment isn’t great it pushes a lot of stuff around when the brush is down. We live in the bush so have to go over and over and put the head directly on top of anything that isn’t a fine particle or hair. I wish the poles connected and locked together as the bit where I place my hand often moves and I have to keep twisting it back into place.

We have had issues with losing suction but customer service was great. Overall it’s a pretty good vacuum.

He doesn’t roar like a jet engine or throw a tantrum when I ask him to tackle the hallway rug. No, Henry glides in with that smug little smile, ready to handle chaos like it’s just another Tuesday.

He’s got storage for days, stamina like a marathoner, and a hose that reaches places my motivation never could.

Honestly, if I’d known vacuuming could feel this satisfying, I would’ve invited Henry into my life sooner. Five stars, and one unnecessarily clean living room.

Hands down the best vacuum cleaner I have ever used; powerful suction, easy to move and by far the best feature is the bags no more dust clouds from emptying bag less vacuums .

Easy to setup out the box and made light work of my two dogs fur. Even on the carpets it sucked up no issue and no constant blocking or emptying
