Couldn’t be happier with Henry!

The ease of use, quite motor, sturdy finish to parts of the vacuum and most importantly amazing filtration with the Allergy model and no dust cloud when going to empty the canister. I just wish I got it sooner!

Doesn’t suit my carpet

I would love to give good feedback. Great filters and great suction. 5 out of 5. Unfortunately the floor heads are impossible to use on my carpet. They cause friction and grab the carpet and agitate the dirty fluff into the air causing allergic reactions. The team sent another tool and the same occurred. I then went and bought an expensive power head from vacuums online. That didn’t work either. Then I discovered online that Henry also had a power head tool (on wheels) , but did not offer that as a possible solution!! I’m not throwing more money at this bad decision and will have to ask for a refund. I will show how many heads I have tried to make this work. Sorry for the negative feedback as I know many love it.
