Just loving Heti, simple no no near gets the job done. After years of various and very expensive stick rechargeable vacs, I vowed no more. Tour vac came recommended by two other people. It may seem a silly little thing, but I love the Manuel cord wind up, again simplicity, nothing auto to break down. I will certainly be recommending Heti to others
