Satisfying vaccum for both durability and function

I am working in hospitality and been using Henry 200(Standard model) and quite satisfied with its suction power. I looked it up for extra heads and parts are included with Henry Petcare, airobrushes are just so good to clean carpet in my room.

Replacements are easy to get any time. So happy that getting a vaccum that I can rely on for really long time.

Henry Petcare.

I am very happy with Henry and the long cord is a real bonus. I am having some trouble with the wands however, they are taking a bit of getting used to. No handgrip, they are a bit too long, with no retraction possible and they tend to slide around at times. I am going to have to work on this, because I do like the machine.

The issue you are having with sliding wand pieces may be resolved if you push the pieces together firmly. The suction will usually hold them in place and over time the opposite occurs, they are harder to pull apart due to the excellent suction of the vacuum.

Good but not great

Henry isn’t too bad, the power heads are fantastic and do a great job on rugs. The cord is nice and long and I love the manual winder. The hard floor attachment isn’t great it pushes a lot of stuff around when the brush is down. We live in the bush so have to go over and over and put the head directly on top of anything that isn’t a fine particle or hair. I wish the poles connected and locked together as the bit where I place my hand often moves and I have to keep twisting it back into place.

We have had issues with losing suction but customer service was great. Overall it’s a pretty good vacuum.
