Great vacuum, I have used Henry's at work for years and they last a long time and do a good job!

I did think I had ordered a Hetty 200 with 2 bags when I ordered but received Hetty 160 with one bag so not sure what happened there.

Definitely need to purchase the Gulpa flat head as flicking switch all the time can be annoying but it does a good job.

The Hetty Home model that you have purchased is slightly smaller in size to the commercial Hetty 200 so that it is easier to store at home. Apart from the size she is identical to the larger model you use at work.

Great vacuum

Really happy with my purchase. This vacuum is a massive improvement over my old bagless machine. Really well made, simple no fuss controls, super powerful, easy to use, great on carpet and tiles and light weight so easy to use on stairs.

Highly recommended and worth the investment.

I love my Hetty it does everything other vacuum’s don’t like corners & window tracks. I first saw them on the cruise ships & how easy & light it is to manoeuvre , so when my last vacuum died it was a easy choice.
