Henry is the best!

I love my Henry Home!! We are a Henry family and 4 years after moving out and complaining about my vacuum, my Mum brought me one for Christmas. This smaller Henry is the perfect size and SUCKS!!

I took a star off because the main attachment (Henry Home Combination Floor Tool) isn't great. The wheels reduce maneuverability and you have to hold the vacuum at just the right angle or it isn't flat. The brushes are on only one side, which meant it scrapped my hard floors. The combination of both meant there was no consistent suction and it was harder to vacuum corners/different directions. Invest in the Henry Pro Combination Floor Tool, it makes ALL the difference!!

Henry customer service was great! When I sent an email enquiring if the Henry Pro Combination Floor Tool would fit on my Henry Home as I wasn't happy with the one included, they sent me one free of charge and it arrived within 5 days. If the Henry Home came with the Pro floor tool it would be 5*.

No changing power points 4 times when cleaning the house.

Plug it in, and it reaches every part of the house.
