Due to the great suction on your vacuum the wand pieces can become difficult to pull apart. We recommend twisting the pieces at the join to loosen and pull apart.

good size & Easy to use

Apart from the slow startrack delivery service (10 days +) the cleaner works fine. Cleans well and very quiet. just find it hard to disconnect the long steel pip from the floor fitting when changing it to something else

cord is long. stays upright. works well.

The steel wand can become hard to remove due to the suction of the vacuum, you can try to twist where the floor tool join meets the silver wand and twist the two pieces apart. You can pull hard, as the two pieces are made to come apart.
